Now, dents on motorcycles can be more difficult to repair than the same dent on a car, truck, or SUV.  In many cases the gas tank metal has a thicker gauge.  The tank can also be extremely difficult to access the dented area because the gas filler neck is usually the only opening for our specialized tools.  Fenders can be more delicate to repair because they're open.  Other scenarios deem it necessary to remove the tank or fender off the bike to avoid rubbing against the handle bars.  But the process of paintless dent repair remains the same.   At Dent Aid, we don't alter the original paint.   We don't use any filler or chemicals nor do we replace panels.   There's even a process called "push to paint" if you have a tank that requires new paint but you need the dent fixed first.
